ECOLIGHT is proud to announce that we have successfully opened part of our new lighting Lab - goniometer and dark room. This investment provides ECOLIGHT and its customers with an advanced Goniometer and laboratory facility capable of measuring lights produced by the factory. Equipment was sourced from the long time photometric testing partner - SSL Resource Oy (Finland).
“This is where we were moving towards last few years, this is a major milestone in our growth as a lighting manufacturing company, something we can all be proud of. Goniometer and dark room is only a part of our ambitious plans to open full scale laboratory in 2021. Next to the photometric measurements Lab will be able to perform IP, IK, thermal, salt, EMI/EMC and other tests. Our target is to have ISO/IEC 17025 compatible lab which will be able to provide services for our factory, clients and partners” – says Tomas Pukas.
Goniometer specification: SSL LUMI 180; 2-axis C-type Goniometer maximum for m=20kg, Diameter=170cm, t=55cm; Spectrometer (FWHM <5nm, 380-780nm); Flicker measurement tool; Imaging luminance camera with UGR measurements; Burning position correction for C type measurement to meet CIE S025 standard.
