2016 m. rugpjūtį socialinės įmonės UAB „Elektros taupymo sprendimai“ (prekinis ženklas „Ecolight“) kolektyvas svečiavosi Pilos mieste Lenkijoje. Įmonės darbuotojai turėjo progą apsilankyti dviejose skirtingose „Philips“ gamyklose, pabendrauti su tenykščiu gamybos vadovu, susipažinti su skirtinguose cechuose įdiegtomis technologijomis.
Pramoninius šviestuvus gaminanti bendrovė „Ecolight” yra oficiali olandų giganto „Philips“ partnerė Lietuvoje. Kompanijos aktyviai bendradarbiauja vystydamos ne tik bendrus verslo projektus, bet ir bendras socialines iniciatyvas. „Philips” aktyviai prisideda prie lietuvių įmonės organizuojamų socialinių projektų.
Štai 2016 m. viešnagės Lenkijoje metu bendrovė „Philips OEM” suorganizavo ir bendrą abiejų bendrovių kolektyvų žygį baidarėmis Pilavos upe. „Ecolight” darbuotojams su negalia tai buvo puiki proga pasisvečiuoti kaimyninėje šalyje, pasiilsėti nuo kasdienių rutinų, pasigrožėti vietos gamta, užmegzti draugiškus ryšius su šviesos technologijų specialistais lenkais.
„Buvo išties malonu stebėti, kaip lengvai mūsų darbuotojai rado bendrą kalbą su kolegomis lenkais”,- teigė bendrovės „Ecolight“ direktorius Tomas Pukas: „Tokios išvykos pasitarnauja ne tik kaip puiki priemonė profesinėms kompetencijoms tobulinti, bet visų pirma kaip socialinis gėris, skatinantis bendražmogiškumą, tarptautinius ryšius bei žmonių su negalia integraciją”.
Pramoninius šviestuvus gaminanti ir visame pasaulyje savo gaminiais prekiaujanti bendrovė „Ecolight” socialinės įmonės statusą įgavo 2011 m. Maždaug trys ketvirčiai bendrovės darbuotojų yra asmenys su negalia. „Ecolight” gamykla yra įsikūrusi Kauno rajone, Linksmakalnio kaime.
„Tikroji socialinės įmonės funkcija – žmonėms su negalia sudaryti patogias sąlygas dirbti, kurti vertę bei užsidirbti”,- teigė T. Pukas: „Tačiau būtent bendrų kelionių ir švenčių metu geriausiai galima pajausti šių pastangų vaisius, kuomet aiškiai gali matyti žmonių džiaugsmą, užaugusią savivertę, pasitikėjimą savimi”.
